INDOSOUL USA warrants its products to be free of defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship for the periods shown below from the original date of purchase. IndoSoul, at their discretion will credit, repair or replace the item in the original color and collection or in a comparable color and collection if the original version has been discontinued.
IndoSoul will be responsible for local freight charges on approved Warranty Claims for a period of 1 year.
After that time, the customer will be responsible for any inbound and outbound freight to and from IndoSoul, including but not limited to freight charges for empty boxes.

Covers broken tubes, extrusions and welds.
Aluminum & stainless steel finish warranty.
Covers fading peeling and blistering.
Ceramic and Reconstituted Stone tabletop finish warranty.
Covers fading peeling and blistering – finish only, excludes breakage.

Covers extension table mechanics and all other moving parts.
Teak structures and components warranty.
Covers splitting, cracking, warping (excludes natural teak discoloration).
Outdoor wicker warranty.
Covers splitting, cracking, discoloration and unravelling.
Textilene slings and padded slings warranty.
Covers fading, splitting, cracking and coming out of sliding track.
Cushion fabric – Sunbrella warranty.
Covers loss of color or strength from normal usage and exposure.
Cushions – excluding Sunbrella warranty.
Covers foam and fill from breakdown under normal use.
Outdoor bean bags – Sunbrella and Sunproof warranty.
Covers bag, fill, zipper and fabric against severe fading.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Limited Warranty does not include: Product failure resulting from improper care or unreasonable use; careless unwrapping of furniture; neglect or abuse; acts of nature; rust seepage or bleeding; rust and/or oxidation of frame resulting in exposed m etals that have scratched / chipped; surface rust from stainless steel components; fading of fabrics; mildew; damage by hard abrasive cleaners or lotions; glass breakage; owners’ modification; improper / lack of maintenance and care; normal wear and tear; freight damage; or flattening /compression of cushions.
